  29. Protection Against Illegal or Malicious Chargebacks

    1. The customer acknowledges and agrees that by making a purchase in our store, they commit to complying with all the Terms and Conditions set forth herein, as well as using legitimate channels to resolve any dispute.
    2. The customer agrees not to perform unfounded, fraudulent, or malicious chargebacks through their bank or payment platform. Any chargeback identified by the Company as fraudulent, unjustified, or performed with the intent to obtain goods or services without payment will be contested and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
    3. If an illegal or malicious chargeback is detected, the Company reserves the right to:
      • Suspend or cancel the customer's access to the store and future purchases.
      • Take appropriate legal actions to recover the funds, including hiring debt collection services and claiming damages.
      • Provide the bank or payment platform with all documentation proving the validity of the transaction and the delivery of the products or services.
    4. The customer will be responsible for covering any costs, legal expenses, penalties, or damages caused to the Company as a result of fraudulent chargebacks, including but not limited to legal fees, administrative costs, and bank charges.
