The dream of having my own table in Old San Juan, with handmade products, was always with me—even before I knew what the word “artisan” meant.

Years later, that dream led me down an unexpected path, driven by a personal need. My son, who suffers from atopic dermatitis, inspired me to seek natural solutions for his skin. That’s when I discovered the art of saponification.

After taking more than 40 courses, my passion for natural cosmetics grew. But the real achievement wasn’t the number of classes—it was the day I saw my son benefit from the products I had created myself. That moment was a turning point, filling me with immense joy and gratitude. With the confidence that I could help him, Pampering by Michelle was born.

My mission became clear:
“To create products that not only nourish the skin, but also make us feel good about ourselves. My wish is that everyone feels comfortable, clean, soft, and spectacular in their own skin—and that through my products, I can do my part to make that happen.”
