  1. Overview

    This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made at Pampering By Michelle and governs the terms, conditions, and responsibilities related to shipping products using the United States Postal Service® (USPS®) and/or USPS.com® between Puerto Rico and the United States.

  2. Scope

    All shipments made by Pampering By Michelle are carried out exclusively through USPS® under its domestic service that covers both Puerto Rico and the continental United States. No international shipments are made outside this territory.

  3. Processing and Shipping Time

    Orders are processed within an estimated one to three business days after payment is confirmed. Total delivery time will depend on the USPS® service selected and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier availability, or events beyond our control.

  4. Custody and Transfer of Risk

    Responsibility and custody of the package transfer to USPS® once it is handed over at their offices or distribution centers. Pampering By Michelle is not responsible for loss, delays, or damage occurring while the package is under USPS® custody.

  5. Tracking Number

    All shipments include a tracking number that will be automatically provided to the customer via email once the order has been dispatched.

  6. Guarantees and Non-Guarantees

    Delivery on an exact date is not guaranteed, as delivery times depend on USPS® service. If the customer requires guaranteed-date delivery, it must be coordinated in advance and any additional cost must be assumed by the customer.

  7. Insurance and Signature Options

    The customer may request shipping insurance or signature-required delivery, assuming any applicable additional cost. If these services are not purchased, Pampering By Michelle will not be responsible for loss or theft after delivery is confirmed by USPS®.

  8. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries

    The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete address. Pampering By Michelle is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the package is returned by USPS® due to an address error, the customer must cover the reshipping costs.

  9. Chargebacks and Fraud

    Any unjustified claim or chargeback will be disputed legally, providing the shipping and delivery evidence issued by USPS®. Pampering By Michelle reserves the right to deny future sales to customers who engage in fraudulent actions.

  10. Governing Law

    This policy is governed by the laws and regulations of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, by the federal laws of the United States of America.
