Return Policy

  1. Overview

    This Return Policy governs the cases in which you may request a return. All sales are final, except for a single exception detailed in this policy.

  2. Eligibility (Roll-On Only)

    Returns are accepted only for roll-on products when the roll-on piece (ball) or the cap arrived broken due to shipping.

    • Does not apply to spills caused by heat, scent preference, change of mind, handcrafted variations, or normal wear.
    • All other products and presentations (non roll-on) are non-returnable.
  3. Timeframe and Evidence

    You must report the damage within 24 hours of the delivery time indicated by the carrier.

    Attach clear evidence:

    • Photos of the outer packaging (with visible shipping label) and inner packaging.
    • Photos and/or video of the roll-on product showing the broken ball or cap.
    • Order number and the email used for the purchase.
  4. Return Process

    1. Submit your request through the contact form within 24 hours.
    2. We will review the evidence. If approved, you will receive instructions and, if necessary, a return label.
    3. Keep the original packaging until the case is closed.
  5. Product Condition and Packaging

    • The roll-on must be returned (if requested) with all its components and in the original packaging.
    • If the return is approved, Pampering By Michelle will cover the return shipping cost; otherwise, return shipments will not be accepted.
  6. Refunds

    Once received and inspected (or upon approval of the evidence), we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, we will process the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase.

  7. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you don’t see your refund:

    • Check your bank account or app again.
    • Contact your card issuer; some institutions take time to post the refund.
    • If the issue persists, contact us through the contact form.
  8. Sale Items

    Sale items are non-refundable, except for eligible roll-ons with broken ball or cap due to shipping.

  9. Exchanges

    Exchanges are only made for the same roll-on if the ball or cap arrived broken due to shipping and stock is available. Otherwise, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.

  10. Order Cancellations

    All orders are final. You may request cancellation before dispatch; approval is at the store’s discretion and not guaranteed.

  11. Exclusions and No Warranties

    • Handcrafted products containing organic ingredients may vary; “shelf life” is not guaranteed after shipping.
    • Does not cover damage caused by heat, humidity, improper handling by the recipient, delivery refusal, or force majeure.
  12. Chargebacks

    We will dispute unfounded chargebacks with shipping/delivery evidence. We may deny future purchases in cases of fraudulent activity and claim related costs.
